Legalizes purchasing up to 1 ounce of marijuana or the equivalent in infused products and marijuana accessories for personal use by persons 21 and over unless they are from a state where marijuana is illegal, then up to ¼ ounce or equivalent.
Legalizes possession, transporting, using and sharing of up to 1 ounce of marijuana, homegrown marijuana or the equivalent in infused products and marijuana accessories for personal use by persons 21 and over.
Legalizes homegrown marijuana up to 8 plants of which only 4 can be flowering and up to 8 ouncesof usable homegrown marijuana. Must be in an enclosed, locked space.
Legalizes medical marijuana and marijuana accessories. Patients and their licensed caregivers can acquire from dispensaries.
Legalizes the growing, buying, selling and processing of hemp.
Licenses and regulates Retail Stores, Dispensaries, Growers, Manufacturers, Testing Facilities and caregivers.
Establishes the Ohio Marijuana Control Commission to govern all of the above.
Taxes gross revenue of Growers, Manufacturers and Retail Stores and distributes the revenue to counties, municipalities, townships and the commission.
